Welcome, and thank you for choosing Mark Jones Grooming. We are committed to providing the highest quality care for you and your dog.
While here for a grooming visit, your dog will have its coat brushed, nails clipped, pads trimmed, ears cleaned, bathed thoroughly (as many baths as it takes!), dried, conditioned, re-brushed and trimmed as necessary.
Your dog will experience our firm yet gentle approach to dog grooming. We do not use crate dryers or automatic bathers- everything that can be is done by hand. We are committed to the effectiveness of natural products to combat most of your pet's skin and coat problems.
Our billing structure encourages good grooming practices at home with professional grooming as desired. We do not set our prices by breed, but by the service required and the amount of time taken with your dog. Please ask if you would like an estimate before your visit.
We find most dogs need special attention of some sort. After your appointment with us, we will review any points of concern with you. Customers averaging three or more grooming visits a year receive free nail trims between visits. (Please ask for details)
We are always receptive to hearing your comments. We rely on communication with our dog's owners in order to satisfy you completely. If you have any questions, please ask! Our number one priority is preserving the health and happiness of your dog.
All customers who average three or more paid full grooming services in the last year may receive free nail trims in between grooms.
This policy encourages customers to keep up with regular nail trimming, which in turn helps prevent many potential injuries and discomfort for you dog.
The fee for customers who do not average 3 or more grooms each year is usually $5.00.*
(*Dogs that require extra time or staff are charged extra.)
